✔ Residential Buildings:
🔹 Single-family/two-family house: up to 650 €
🔹 Multi-family house (from 3 units): up to 850 €
🔹 HOA Bonus: +250 € für Eigentümerversammlung
✔ Non-Residential Buildings:
🔹 Up to 200 m²: up to 850 €
🔹 200–500 m²: up to 2.500 €
🔹 Over 500 m²: up to 4.000 €
Note: An energy consultation is often a prerequisite for funding programs, such as the individual renovation roadmap (iSFP).
